The location was central for accessing various attractions, which made it easy to explore. The experience with the staff was memorable. they upgraded my elderly parents to a higher floor for their birthday, which they loved....

The Studio Fountain View room was just amazing! We couldn't get over the stunning views of the Bellagio fountains. Super spacious, with a kitchenette that was handy for snacks and drinks. The bed was really comfy, and I loved the modern decor. However, it was a hassle that the kitchenette didn’t come with basic things—they needed to supply utensils!

I loved my stay at this hotel, thanks to the large, well-appointed suites and the peaceful atmosphere away from casino noise. The convenient location made it easy to explore nearby attractions, and I truly appreciated the relaxing vibe. However, the lack of basic kitchen utensils was a bit inconvenient and could be improved.

The fountain view was absolutely stunning! Plus, the robot service to order drinks was a fun twist.

The tablet for room service remained unfixed despite multiple reports, and cleanliness left much to be desired, with a filthy gown in the closet and hair on the comforter. Dirty windows reduced the view significantly, overshadowing the otherwise luxurious accommodations.
